Three new employees at Compassana

Lisa-Maria Eigen 

Lisa-Maria brings six years of experience from consulting for various healthcare institutions. Most recently, she took over the management of various projects in the strategy and transformation unit at PwC Switzerland.  
 
She holds a Master in business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen.  
 
Lisa-Maria loves to spend her free time outdoors. Whether cycling, running or on holiday with a kite board under her feet. In winter, Lisa-Maria loves to enjoy the peace and nature with her touring skis.  
 
 
Robin Kleiner 
 
Robin Kleiner joins the Compassana team as Business Development Manager as of mid-August 2023. His goal: to shape the Compassana Eco-System throughout Switzerland.  

For eight years, he has supported several Swiss digital health start-ups in their expansion, as well as hospitals and pharmaceutical laboratories as a strategy consultant in projects.  

Robin is originally from Geneva and holds a Master's and a Bachelor's degree from the University of St. Gallen. Outside the office, you will find him in the mountains on ski tours, hiking, cycling, on the football field or a beach volleyball pitch. 
  
 
Fabienne Unger 
 
Fabienne started her professional career in a retirement home as a care specialist. She then went to England for four months to improve her English.  
 
To gain further knowledge and experience, she studied to become a qualified nurse HF in psychiatry. Afterwards, she worked on a forensic ward (for mentally ill offenders) and mastered a training course for natural cosmetics in 2021.  
 
At the weekend, Fabienne likes to put on her hiking boots and takes her camera to capture the beauty of the world.
